Our ten-week summer research program offers undergraduates the opportunity to work closely with Illinois-MRSEC faculty mentors on solving a challenging and meaningful scientific question through taking part in the interdisciplinary Illinois MRSEC research. Click here to find out more!

Requirements
- Undergraduates enrolled in 2- or 4-year programs studying engineering, chemistry, materials, physics, or related fields.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
- Must have completed at least one year of studies by start of the program and not complete a bachelor's degree until program ends.
- 18 years of age or order.
- All participants must have a proof of health insurance coverage.
