Global changes to climate, human impact on ecosystems and natural habitats, and increases in threatened and endangered species require smart, research-focused efforts to counteract imbalance. UW-Stout’s Professional Science Master’s in Conservation Biology trains degree candidates to evaluate and understand conservation practices in ecology, biodiversity, fisheries, watershed management, native species and habitats, global climate change, environmental laws and regulations, and natural resource management.
